A product with major factory defect that is duly confirmed and returned intact to the office with all the packaging accessories within 48 hours of purchase shall be due for a replacement, while confirmed factory fault beyond this timeline shall still remain the company’s responsibility to fix the problem on the purchased product for the customer. However, it is pertinent to note that situation and condition that surround a product may vary. All transportation cost regarding replacement/fixing of any product under warranty shall be full responsibility of the customer. Defects on all products within the warranty period are not direct responsibility of the company until proven so by the company’s technical unit.
